The Institute for Timber Construction South Africa (ITC-SA) is delighted to announce that the position of Regional Coordinator for its KwaZulu-Natal branch has been filled. Nicky (Nundgopaul) Naidu, whose career is firmly entrenched in the construction sector, has experience in carpentry, real estate and project coordination.

Having worked for the Natal Building Society as a Project Coordinator, Nicky gained experience in the building sector from construction quality control from foundations to roof erection, and was later responsible for the valuation and building quality control in KwaZulu-Natal on behalf of the home loans department of a national bank.

He later joined the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), to manage the Outsource Inspectorate and liaise with local authorities, banks and consumers to ensure their full understanding of the role of the NHBRC, after which he entered retirement in 2015.

We extend a warm welcome to Nicky in his role as KZN Regional Coordinator for the ITC-SA and wish him every success in his journey with us.
