The ITC-SA promotes consumer protection and the interests of all stakeholders in the prefabricated timber roof truss sector in South Africa and regulates the professional conduct of its members.

Delivery Policy

Refunds Policy
Training courses:
Attendance fees must be paid in full before commencing the course. A full refund will be given if an attendee provides one full week’s notice in writing of their inability to attend. If the minimum notice is not given, no refund will be given.
Payment Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
We accept payments for membership fees by EFT and Direct Deposit.

Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
